After over a decade of Denver’s new construction leaning towards high profile high rise buildings such as the Glass House, Spire and Portofino Tower, it appears that the low-rise contemporary townhome format is the immediate future.
These smaller townhome projects known as infill, are newly constructed townhomes built on old lots in a previously existing neighborhood.
